Ana Balkovic

Ana Balkovic currently serves as a Market Intelligence Analyst at Socialpoint since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ana worked as a Researcher at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb from March 2017 to October 2021, focusing on a project titled "Disobedient Democracy – A Comparative Analysis of Contentious Politics in the European Semi-periphery." Previous experience includes an Associate Expert position at the Ministry of Social Policy and Youth (December 2014 - February 2017) and an Executive Assistant role at Akademija za politički razvoj (January 2013 - September 2013). Ana holds a Doctoral candidate position in Politics, Policies and International Relations from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (October 2017 - October 2022) and has earned two Master of Arts degrees in Political Science from Central European University (2013 - 2014) and the University of Zagreb (2012 - 2014), along with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Zagreb (2008 - 2012).
