Artem Filatov

Artem Filatov has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Customer Support Representative at STALER Ltd. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Representative at Mobisoft Ltd. Artem then joined Brainstack_ in 2017, initially as a Billing Support Manager and later as a Billing Support & Retention Team Lead. In 2021, they worked at AMO as the Head Of Customer Support for a year. In 2022, Artem held the role of Head of Operations at SKELAR and then moved on to Howly, where they first served as an Operations Lead and currently holds the position of Head of Operations as of July 2023.

Artem Filatov holds a Master's degree in Translation from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,' which they completed between 2014 and 2015. Artem also holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language from the same university, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Artem has obtained a certification in Genesis Management School 7.0 from Genesis Tech in 2021.
