Abed Agha

Abed Agha is the Founder & CEO of Sociata since November 2010. Prior to that, they were the Head of Sales and Marketing at Mubasher Financial Group from February 2008 to September 2010, where they successfully led the company to become the top equities market in the UAE. Abed also played a key role in developing sales strategies, restructuring the sales force, and creating alternative channels for business development. Before that, Abed was the Co-Founder of Rab3i TV, an interactive TV channel that quickly gained popularity and was later emulated by other players in the industry. Abed has also held positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Four Systems, Quick Loan Funding, and First National Credit, where they demonstrated their expertise in sales management, relationship management, and operations.

Abed Agha completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Najd National School for their high school education between 1996 and 1999. Abed completed their earlier education at Lycee Francais de Riyadh from 1992 to 1996.
