Víctor Maldonado Martínez

Víctor Maldonado Martínez, M.A. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Víctor started their career as a Human Resources Director at the Department of Family in 2001. Víctor then held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources and later the position of Human Resources and Labor Relations Officer at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority from 2004 to 2013. In 2013, they became the Human Capital Senior Vice President at the Economic Development Bank For Puerto Rico until 2016. Víctor then worked as a Human Resources and Labor Relations Officer at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Human Resources Director at the Sociedad para Asistencia Legal de Puerto Rico, Inc.

Víctor Maldonado Martínez, M.A. holds a Master of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Inter American University of Puerto Rico. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Additionally, Víctor has obtained certifications such as Excel Essential Training (Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn, Certified Professional-Virtual Courses Designer from Universidad de Puerto Rico, and Train the Trainer from People's Advantage.
