Born in Borgo San Dalmazzo (CN) on 30 January 1960. Graduated in Political Science and Law from the University of Turin, she works as a Notary with skills and specializations in the various fields of civil, commercial, corporate, bankruptcy and tax law and tax. You are currently Vice Chairman of the Cassa di Risparmio di Torino Foundation and Chairman of the Audit Committee. You have been a member of the boards of directors of Banca Fideuram, Impregilo SpA and Unicredit Leasing and Vice President of the General Council of the Compagnia di San Paolo. She is the author of numerous publications and a speaker at numerous conferences on corporate law.
