Born in Murazzano (CN) on 17 October 1941. Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Turin, he is a business consultant for companies operating in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. He founded AG Energia Srl, a company that operates in the production of alternative energy using solar panels. He began his professional career in Impresit SpA, a construction company of the FIAT Group, until he became its financial director and later general manager. Following the concentration in 1994 of the main Italian construction companies (Impresit, Girola, Lodigiani and Cogefar) in Impregilo, he assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer and Vice President until 2002.
