Francesco Pacillo has extensive experience in IT management with a focus on HR systems, particularly in SAP solutions. Currently serving as Responsabile IT Payroll, HR Reporting and Planning Applications at SEA Milan Airports since September 2010, Francesco oversees all IT projects related to HR, managing SAP ECC HCM, SAP BoPC @Hana-Cloud, SAP BW, and SuccessFactors Performance & Goal for over 4,600 employees across four legal entities. Prior roles include IT Professional at Sistemi Gestione Retributiva, SAP Italian Payroll Developer at SAP Italia, Senior Payroll Consultant at SIDI S.p.A., SAP Payroll Consultant at T-Systems Italia, and SAP ABAP-HR Team Leader at Exprivia.
