Cosmin Ghita

Cosmin Ghita is an experienced executive currently serving as the CEO of Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica SA since September 2017. In addition to this role, Cosmin has been a Member of the Board of Trustees at the American International School of Bucharest from August 2021 to August 2024 and previously held positions such as Board Member at Amromco Energy Srl and Chairman of the Board at Compania Națională a Uraniului. Additional experience includes serving as an Advisor to the Prime Minister of Romania, Government Affairs and Price Reimbursement Manager for Medtronic, and Partner at Amerocap LLC. Cosmin's early career features a Policy, Government and Public Affairs Advisor role at Chevron and a leadership position as President & COO of NumbersPay.com. An education background includes a B.A. in Politics, Russian Studies, and Economics from Bates College, complemented by studies at the Nevskyi Institut of Language and Culture and the American International School of Bucharest.
