Doug Constantiner

Doug Constantiner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Doug is the CEO and Founder of Societe Brewing Company since January 2011. Doug has been a Committee Member at Brewers Association since January 2019 and an Instructor at UC San Diego Extension since October 2019. Doug is also a Board Member at California Craft Brewers Association since February 2020. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Brewer at The Bruery & Offshoot Beer Co. from August 2009 to June 2011 and at Pizza Port Brewing Company from August 2009 to March 2010. Before entering the brewing industry, Doug worked as an Associate at Burnham Hill Partners LLC from August 2007 to July 2009. Doug also gained experience in finance through Summer Internships at Bear Stearns & Co. in 2006 and 2005.

Doug Constantiner attended The Kinkaid School from 1990 to 2003, but did not receive a degree or pursue a specific field of study during this time. Later, they enrolled at the University of Arizona from 2003 to 2007, where they double majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Doug Constantiner also holds a certification in Certified Cicerone from the Cicerone® Certification Program, although the specific month and year of achievement are unknown.
