Alice Daviot is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in production and continuous improvement within the agro-food industry. Currently serving as Manager Projets Developpement at Le Gouessant since March 2021, Alice has been pivotal in enhancing production capacity at Vetinnov. Prior roles include serving as a LEAN methodology referent at Sodebo, and various positions at Jacquet Brossard - Groupe Limagrain, where Alice facilitated continuous improvement projects, managed production lines, and led teams.
