Jonathan Demers has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as an Analyste Informatique - Environnement Bureautique & Gestion Centralisée at Société de transport de Montréal since September 2015, demonstrating expertise in mobile device management, technical support, and user satisfaction.
