Serge Leblanc

Serge Leblanc, ing. PMP, currently holds the position of Directeur - Expertises et soutien à la livraison des projets and previously served as Directeur de projets principal - opérations at the Société de transport de Montréal from March 2020 onwards. Prior to this role, Serge was Directeur du génie for Ville de Longueuil, managing a comprehensive engineering division with over 80 professionals from August 2017 to February 2020. Experience also includes senior project roles at the Société de transport de Montréal, Voith Hydro Canada, Hydro Québec, Rheinmetall Canada Inc., and Bombardier Transportation, with a strong focus on large-scale projects in telecommunications, energy, and municipal infrastructure. Serge holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
