Alain Bouthillette

Alain Bouthillette has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as a retiree from SAQ since May 2003 after a notable career that included roles as IT Change and Release Manager utilizing ITIL processes. Prior to SAQ, Alain held the position of IT Business Analyst at Bombardier Aerospace from 1988 to 2002 and at Medis from 1987 to 1988. From 1974 to 1987, Alain was a Department Supervisor and Payroll Analyst at Steinberg Inc., overseeing accounts payable and check cashing control. Alain's educational background includes studies at UQAM, HEC Montréal, and various ITIL certifications obtained between 2004 and 2016, including multiple Practitioner certifications and both Foundation V2 and V3 certifications.
