Crha Bérengère Riche

Bérengère Riche, CRHA, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently, Bérengère serves as a Human Resource Business Partner at SAQ since July 2012, previously holding the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Reitmans from March 2011 to July 2012. Prior to that, Bérengère worked at Adecco Québec from June 2001 to February 2011 as the Head of Staffing Department and Consultant, providing guidance to managers on recruitment tools and developing human resources management tools. Bérengère’s earlier experience includes roles as Sales Coordinator at Hewitt Equipment Ltd and Representative at TDL Belgium - Directo. Bérengère holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from UQAM, completed in 2010, and a degree in Communications from EFAP obtained in 1998.
