Francis D. Matthews

Francis D. Matthews, PMP, has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Logistics Analyst at SAQ since April 2010, responsibilities include project management and process analysis using DMAIC and Agile methodologies. Previously, as Manager of Inbound Transportation, Francis managed a $50 million annual transportation budget and led a team of eight in optimizing transportation performance and supplier relations. Prior experience at Labatt Breweries of Canada involved roles such as Imports - Process Manager and Transportation Productivity Manager, where oversight of product availability and inventory management was crucial. Additionally, Francis began a career at Pratt & Whitney Canada as a Supply Chain Leader. Francis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Logistics, as well as a Certificate in Accounting from HEC Montréal.
