Nadja Raphael

Nadja Raphael, ACC, LL.B., currently serves as the Directrice, Équité, diversité et inclusion at SAQ since August 2023. Raphael has held the position of Vice-présidente at the Association québécoise du codéveloppement professionnel since March 2023, and was a board member from 2021 to 2023. Previously, Raphael worked as a Practicienne et associée at the Centre canadien pour la diversité et l’inclusion from February 2021 to August 2023, and contributed to LifeSpeak Inc. as a platform for expert training in global well-being from March 2018 to August 2023. Additional experience includes coaching at NR Développement professionnel et du leadership and serving as a Commissaire at the Office de consultation publique de Montréal from October 2016 to April 2022. Earlier roles encompassed leadership within the Barreau du Québec and media relations for various governmental agencies. Nadja Raphael's educational background includes multiple degrees in law and coaching, with a focus on conflict prevention and resolution.
