Charles Major

Charles Major is an experienced senior manager in the casino and gaming industry, currently serving as the General Manager of eCommerce at Société des casinos du Québec since May 2021. With a robust skill set in finance, team building, negotiation, marketing, operations, strategic planning, competitive market analysis, and customer service, Charles has a significant history in various leadership roles. Prior positions include Director of Marketing and Product Management at La Société des casinos du Québec, Gaming Director at Casino Lac-Leamy, and Financial Comptroller at Casino du Lac-Leamy. Earlier in Charles's career, service was provided as a Procurement Agent at Public Works and Government Services Canada. Charles holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the Telfer School of Management.
