Jean-François Mongeau

Jean-François Mongeau is a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec and of the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec, Mr. Mongeau has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Currently, director of the Financial Resources Department at the Montreal School Service Center, he is responsible for contract and procurement management, financial analysis and budget control, as well as accounting. He was previously director of financial resources and IT at Cégep de Sorel-Tracy, senior partner in a management consulting firm and partner in charge of information technology in a company of chartered professional accountants.

Mr. Mongeau is a member of the working group on the financing of school service centers of the Federation of school service centers of Quebec and a member of the jury for the evaluation of candidates for the comprehensive test of the national program of the Order of Quebec chartered professional accountants. He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Government Finance Officers, Financial Executives International Canada, and the CFO Leadership Council of Toronto.

He obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from HEC Montréal, a master's degree in business administration for executives specializing in management accounting from the University of Quebec in Montreal, and a master's degree in business administration for executives specializing in the management of multinational companies. and multicultural studies of the University of Paris-Dauphine. He also holds the title of Certified Corporate Director of the College of Corporate Directors and Chartered Director of the Directors College.
