Mélanie Leblanc went sailing in Canada and internationally for a few years and working at the Institut maritime du Québec (IMQ), first as a teacher from 2008, then as Deputy Director of Student Services from 2012 to 2019, Ms. Leblanc was appointed Director of the IMQ in June 2019.
