Laurent Wouters

Laurent Wouters is an experienced professional in project management and strategic consulting, currently serving as Adjunct to the Project Director of Line 18 and as Station Manager for Line 15 South at Société du Grand Paris since May 2015. Previously, Laurent worked at SNCF from January 2000 to May 2015, holding various positions including Project Manager in corporate strategy, where key contributions included modeling the Strategic Plan, overseeing a €1 billion debt reduction project, and conducting economic and financial studies on Public-Private Partnerships. Additional roles at SNCF encompassed management of investment contracting for ticket hall renewals and oversight of major investments in French stations. Earlier career experience includes consulting positions at Bossard - Gemini Consulting and Andersen Consulting. Laurent holds a Master's degree in Economics applied to ecology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and an Engineer's degree in Commercial Engineering with a focus on finance and technology from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
