Puneet Malhotra

Puneet Malhotra has a solid work experience spanning several companies and roles. Puneet is currently the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in India and Romania since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Societe Generale in India and Romania from November 2018 to January 2022, and solely for India from September 2017 to November 2018. Before joining Societe Generale, Puneet worked at NatWest Group as the Chief Financial Officer and Chair of Global Finance Services India for Royal Bank of Scotland from August 2012 to September 2017. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President and CFO for RBS Asia Business Services And CIB Support in Singapore from April 2008 to August 2012. Puneet also worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they held various roles including CFO Services and Functions, Asia from January 2006 to March 2008, and Head of Country Finance from October 2003 to December 2006. Puneet started their career at airtel as Head of Finance from October 2001 to October 2003, and before that, they worked at Xerox as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis from April 1997 to October 2001. Puneet began their professional journey at EY as an Auditor from May 1993 to March 1997.

Puneet Malhotra completed their Chartered Accountancy degree at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1993 to 1996. Puneet focused on the fields of Accountancy, Tax, and Financial Management during their study.
