Srini US has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Srini is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Culture & Conduct at Société Générale Global Solution Centre. Before this role, they were the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Head of Culture & Conduct at the same company. Prior to that, Srini served as the Director-Head of Markets, Analytics and Research and Head of Compliance, Legal, Risk and HR Operations. Srini also worked as the Director-Corporate and Shared Services, where they established and led a department of IT and Operations shared services. In addition, Srini has experience as the Head of IT Shared Services and as the Vice President, Delivery Head - Retail Banking IT Projects. Before joining Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, Srini worked at ANZ Banking Group, where they handled Retail, Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Online Banking IT Projects. Srini's work experience demonstrates their expertise in various domains and their ability to lead transformational initiatives.

Srini US holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Bangalore University. Srini also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune.
