Sophie Diallo currently holds the position of Promoteur Qualité et Innovation at Société Générale Sénégal, where responsibilities include quality management, quality audits, customer satisfaction assessment through NPS, and handling client complaints, including risk management and data analysis. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Knowledge and Skill and working as a commercial advisor at PCCI GROUP. Sophie Diallo earned a Master’s degree in Audit et Contrôle de gestion from Université Virtuelle Sénégal, completing the program in 2021.
