Julian Gilyard

Julian Gilyard currently serves as the Deputy Head of USD Linear Rates Trading at Societe Generale, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Julian worked at Goldman Sachs from August 2018 to June 2024 as a Vice President and USD Rates Swap Trader, as well as an Associate in Rates Systematic Market Making Trading and S&T Cross Asset. From 2015 to August 2018, Julian was part of UBS Investment Bank's S&T team. An earlier experience includes an Algorithm Development Internship at Boon Investments and a Research Fellowship at Wake Forest University. Julian also gained recognition as a National Science Foundation Fellow at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mathematical Economics and Computer Science from Wake Forest University.
