Olivier Kerdraon has over 19 years of experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits, currently serving as Head of Compensation & Benefits and Deputy HR Director at Société Générale since October 2006. In this role, Olivier oversees C&B operations for International Banking & Financial Services and has previously held positions that include Responsable des rémunérations, des avantages sociaux et de la mobilité internationale and Benefits & International Mobility Manager.
