Peter Warne is the UK Chief Operating Officer for Investment Banking at Societe Generale, a position they have held since 2010. They previously served as a Senior Banker in UK M&A at Lehman Brothers from 2000 to 2007 and as a Manager in Corporate Finance at SG Hambros between 1998 and 2000. Prior to their investment banking career, Warne worked as a Senior Corporate Tax professional at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1995 to 1998. They co-founded ARGENTUM LIVING LIMITED, a start-up providing retirement accommodation and residential care facilities, from 2009 to 2010. Warne earned a Bachelor of Science in Management & Finance with first-class honours from Aston University and completed the ACA qualification through ICAEW.
