William Connelly

William Connelly currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Amadeus and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Aegon, where William also leads the Nomination Committee. Additionally, Connelly is a Board Member at Societe Generale, chairing the Risk Committee and participating in the Nomination Committee, and serves as an Independent Board Director at Singular Bank, where William chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. Prior experience includes significant roles at ING from 1999 to 2016, where Connelly held titles such as Chief Executive Officer of Wholesale Banking and Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate, and positions at ING Barings, Baring Brothers & Co. Ltd, and The Chase Manhattan Bank. Connelly earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service in 1980.
