Daniel Germain possesses extensive experience in project management and technical support within the IT sector. Since October 2017, Daniel has served as a Project Manager for Backup Implementation at Davidson Consulting. Concurrently, Daniel has been a Project Manager and SAN/Backup Team Leader at SII since November 2009, where responsibilities included managing a team of specialists and improving processes in India. Previous roles include Hosting Project Manager at OBS and Service Delivery Expert at Quantum, in addition to a series of positions focused on system administration and support across various organizations such as Athanor Informatique, Consort NT, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and AT&T. Daniel's educational background includes a BTS in Computer Maintenance from AFPA Angers and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from Lycée Julliot de La Morandière.
