Brendan Hodgson is currently a Thermal Analysis Intern at SpaceX, focusing on thermal analysis for the Starship vehicle. Previously, Brendan served as the Propulsion Fluid Systems Lead and Engineer at the Society for Advanced Rocket Propulsion (SARP), where responsibilities included testing an O-class bipropellant rocket, addressing remote filling challenges, and researching plumbing for a high-thrust Ethanol-NOx rocket. Brendan has also interned at NASA's Marshall Spaceflight Center, validating adaptive time-stepping schemes in the propulsion thermal analysis branch. Brendan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Washington, expected to graduate in June 2025.
