Donna-Jo Pepito has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Donna-Jo is currently serving as the Senior Director of Research and Innovation at the Society for College and University Planning since December 2022. Prior to that, they were associated with NACAS, where they held several roles including Chief Learning Officer from February 2021 to November 2022, Director of Education and Research Strategy from August 2019 to February 2021, and Director of Research from November 2016 to August 2019. During their time at NACAS, they led and developed a new initiative called NACAS Research, which aimed to help college auxiliary services transform their institutions and serve college students.
Before joining NACAS, Donna-Jo worked at UC Berkeley as the Commercial Space Coordinator at the ASUC Student Union from June 2014 to November 2016. In this role, they served as a commercial tenant liaison and project manager, overseeing 10 concurrent tenant improvement projects totaling 30,000 sq. ft.
In 2013, Donna-Jo held a leadership position as the President of the Associated Students of the University of California, where they served from June 2013 to May 2014.
Donna-Jo Pepito received a Bachelor's Degree in Social Welfare and City & Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley from 2010 to 2014. Donna-Jo also pursued further education at Udacity, where they completed the Data Foundations Nanodegree between an unknown start date and 2018.
