Kristin Caplice

Kristin Caplice has over two decades of experience in various legal and corporate governance roles. Kristin is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Saluda Medical. Prior to this, they held a leadership position as President of the Eastern New England Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. Kristin was also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Society for Corporate Governance.

Caplice has held significant positions in leading companies such as Bruker, where they were the SVP, General Counsel, and Global Head of Corporate Compliance. At Cimpress (formerly Vistaprint), they served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, responsible for overseeing compliance, risk management, corporate governance, and public company reporting initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Caplice was the Vice President, Senior Corporate Compliance, and Governance Counsel at Cimpress. Kristin also worked at Analog Devices, Inc. as an Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Before that, they were the Director of Corporate Governance and Senior Corporate Counsel at Boston Scientific. Their responsibilities included handling corporate governance, securities, finance, and transactional work for the company.

Caplice began their career as a Corporate Attorney at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. Throughout their career, they have advised executive teams, boards of directors, and committees on a wide range of legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. Kristin has also played a crucial role in strategic alliances, M&A deals, equity investments, and licensing arrangements.

Kristin Caplice has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Harvard Law School, with a focus on Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their educational background, they have attained the certification of Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in August 2018. Furthermore, they are a member of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and the Virginia State Bar.
