Currently serving as the Global Operational/Performance Excellence Training Lead at the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers and as an Executive Advisor for the Poirier Group, Scott has led significant transformation initiatives, including a three-year program for Sears Canada. Scott's academic roles include Adjunct Professor at Virginia Tech and past Executive in Residence at The Ohio State University, with a focus on LeanSigma certification.
