Controller at Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics

Lauren Steidel is the Controller at Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics. Lauren plans, designs and implements when approved the proper accounting procedures, files and reports regarding the fiscal affairs of the Society. Directs the compilation of financial data, purchasing, inventory and warehousing of office equipment and supplies, and shipping the Society's products. Compiles the consolidated operating budget for the Society, as well as individual department budgets as necessary, monitoring conformance after approval by the Director, Finance and Administration, Executive Director and Board of Trustees.

Lauren Steidel has a Bachelor's degree from Arcadia University and an Associate of Science from Peirce College. Lauren majored in Accounting and Finance at Arcadia and Accounting at Peirce. Lauren attended Arcadia from 1979-1982 and Peirce from 1975-1977.
