Kasey R. McNeil, CEM, HMCC has over 20 years of experience in the meetings and events industry. In 2021, they began their current position as Director of Meetings & Exhibits at the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. From 2018-2021, they were the Senior Manager of Meeting Operations at the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, where they managed the annual meeting and was responsible for the selection, negotiation and management of vendors. From 2015-2018, they were the Exhibits, Sponsorship and Meetings Manager at the International & American Associations for Dental Research. From 2014-2015, they held two positions at the American Academy of Physician Assistants, first as Exhibits Manager and then as Manager of Conference & Exhibits. From 2012-2014, they were the Exhibit Operations & Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager at the International Association of Fire Chiefs, where they managed all exhibitor operations and sponsor fulfillment for four regional shows and one citywide conference. From 2003-2012, they were the Exhibit Operations & Events Manager for Digestive Disease Week, where they managed and served as an account manager for a variety of exhibitor-related functions. Finally, from 1998-2003, they were the Catering Manager at Embassy Suites, where they efficiently used function space to maximize revenues and fostered close working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Kasey R. McNeil, CEM, HMCC obtained a B.B.A in Business Admistration and Hotel/Motel Management from Howard University between 1987 and 1994. In 2015, they were certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events. In 2020, they obtained Pandemic On-Site Protocol Training from the Event Leadership Institute.
