Lolita Hampton has worked in the field since 1994. Lolita began their career at America's Blood Centers, where they held the roles of Manager of Human Resources and Office Administration, Coordinator of Communications and National Programs, and Administrative Assistant. In 2019, they moved to The Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, where they currently hold the roles of Program Manager for the Foundation for SMFM, Program Manager for both SMFM and the Foundation for SMFM, and Office Coordinator for SMFM and Program Coordinator for the Foundation for SMFM.

Lolita Hampton attended Pine Forge Academy from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Lolita then attended Columbia Union College from 1990 to 1993, studying Graphic Communications.
