Miriam Williams

Miriam Williams is the Editor-in-Chief of Technical Communication at the Society for Technical Communication since January 2021. Prior to that, Miriam held various positions at the State of Texas from May 1994 to December 2001, including Inspector, Rulemaking Project Manager, Policy Editor, and Program Administrator. Since August 2004, Miriam has been a Professor of English at Texas State University, where Miriam also serves as the Director of the Master of Arts in Technical Communication Program. Throughout their career, Miriam has held positions including Associate Professor of English, Assistant Professor of English, and Lecturer.
