Shalimar Reddy

Shalimar Reddy, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries. Shalimar started their career as a Practice Manager at Temple University, Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry, where they worked on an MBA consulting project focused on strategic marketing. Shalimar then joined Fox Chase Anesthesiology Associates as a Practice Manager, where they were responsible for streamlining administrative processes, managing digital work environments, and providing support to the department chairman in developing performance improvement initiatives. Afterward, they served as a Practice Manager at Fox Chase Cancer Center Medical Group, overseeing the integrated campus anesthesia group. Following this, they worked as a Practice Manager at Reddy and Associates, P.C., a pain management practice specializing in interventional procedures for acute and chronic pain. Currently, Shalimar is serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Society Hill Anesthesia Consultants, where they are responsible for the overall operations of the organization.

Shalimar Reddy obtained a High School Diploma from Abington Friends School. After high school, they pursued a BA in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, completing their degree in 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, Shalimar went on to pursue an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, specializing in Health and Life Science Innovation. Shalimar completed their MBA in 2010.
