Laura Morrow is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Quality Specialist at Society Insurance since April 2017, Laura focuses on training and quality reviews within commercial lines, specializing in properties, liabilities, and automotive insurance for restaurants and bars. Prior to this role, Laura held multiple leadership positions at NSI, a division of West Bend Mutual Insurance, overseeing claims in various commercial lines including personal appearance and social services. Laura’s career also includes managerial roles at CUNA Mutual Group, managing P&C claims and third-party litigation, and a comprehensive background in claims at Auto-Owners Insurance, with experience in both personal and commercial lines. Laura began in the insurance industry at Acuity Insurance in a support role. Educational credentials include CPCU, SCLA, AIC, AIS, AIM, and SM certifications, alongside a diploma from Roncalli High School.
