Mary Herdrich

Mary Herdrich, CPCU, SPC, CSM, currently serves as IT Manager - Delivery at Society Insurance since January 2022, overseeing day-to-day IT operations including development lifecycle and resource allocation. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master III and Scrum Master at Society Insurance, where Mary applied Agile practices, coordinated teams, and contributed to the PL Modernization program. With a long tenure at West Bend Mutual Insurance from 1992 to 2020, Mary held various positions such as Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Data Warehouse Program Business Lead, and IT Business Solutions Manager, demonstrating expertise in project management, Agile coaching, and stakeholder engagement. Mary holds a degree from Lakeland University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
