Ashlyn LeRose has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashlyn began their career as a Director of Development and Fundraising at The Junior State of America Foundation, where they managed the Fundraising Department and raised over $26,000 for the SoCal State Scholarship Fund. Ashlyn then worked at Brandy Melville as a Visual Manager and Visuals and Keyholder Associate, where they maintained displays, trained new visual hires, and acted as the manager on duty. Ashlyn then joined Reformation as a Sales Associate, followed by roles at NewDay USA, including Customer Experience Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, and Senior Recruiter. In their roles at NewDay USA, they were responsible for prospecting new candidates, streamlining the hiring process, and monitoring candidate sources. Currently, Ashlyn is working at Society Mortgage as a Recruiter and Director of People, where they are revamping the recruiting process and executing full-cycle recruiting.
Ashlyn LeRose attended American University from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communications with a minor in Business Administration, focusing on Communications. Prior to that, they attended the Orange County School of the Arts from 2011 to 2017, specializing in the Integrated Arts Conservatory. In 2022, they obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Experience Executive from The DiJulius Group.
