Tyler La Marr is a professional actor currently associated with Richard Rosenwald Associates since January 2017. As co-founder of the Society of Artistic Veterans since February 2013, Tyler coordinates events and manages projects to connect veterans in the arts with industry professionals. Tyler's acting career began with freelance roles from November 2009 to January 2017, complemented by experience as a scenic carpenter at Marymount Manhattan College between September 2011 and May 2014. Prior military service was completed in the United States Marine Corps from October 2004 to December 2010. Tyler holds a Master’s Degree in Acting from the University of the Arts London (2015-2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Performance from Marymount Manhattan College (2011-2014).

Society of Artistic Veterans (SocArtVets) is a non-profit organization [501(c)3 pending] based in New York City and is co-founded by military veterans Neath Williams and Tyler La Marr. SocArtVets was created in 2012 and is a membership organization with over 275 military veterans throughout the United States with backgrounds that include film, television, theater, dance, visual arts and writing.
