Lisa Kroll

Lisa Kroll is an experienced professional in membership engagement and program management, currently serving as Associate Director for Membership at the Society of Hospital Medicine since November 2014. In this role, Lisa oversees the chapter program, developing strategies for long-term growth and working with staff and volunteer leaders to enhance member acquisition, retention, and engagement. Previous positions include Manager of Member and Chapter Relations and Project Manager, where Lisa focused on strategic initiatives and resident engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at Fernley & Fernley and as a Sales Representative at Macy's. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
