Swati Mehta M.D.

Swati Mehta, MD, FACP, SFHM, CPXP, currently serves as the National Director of Quality & Performance at Vituity. Mehta holds multiple leadership roles within the Society of Hospital Medicine, including Vice Chair of the Wellbeing Executive Council and Chair of the Patient Experience Executive Council. Additional advisory and membership positions include roles at CEMOSoft LLC, the American College of Physicians, The Beryl Institute, and previously with Press Ganey. As an Adult Hospitalist at CommonSpirit Health, along with an Affiliate Associate Professor at Oregon Health & Science University, Mehta possesses extensive experience in hospital medicine and patient advocacy. Mehta's educational background includes MD degrees from The State University of New York and a fellowship in Nephrology from Weill Cornell Medicine.
