Louise Bassett

Louise Bassett (FCIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Society of Leadership Fellows since June 2022. Louise has held various leadership roles at Gentoo Group, including Executive Director of Corporate Services and HR Director, since October 2015. Prior to this, Louise worked at Merck from October 2000 to January 2015, holding multiple positions such as HR Director for the UK, Ireland, and Europe Manufacturing Division, as well as Talent Leader for Europe. Previous experience includes HR Manager roles at Pfizer from January 1998 to September 2000 and at Warner Lambert from August 1989 to December 1998.
