Hoang Pham

Hoang Pham is an experienced consultant at Phamtastic Consultant LLC since July 2023 and serves as a board councilor for the Society of Plastics Engineers from 2021 to 2024, being a fellow since 2012 and recognized as an Honored Service Member in 2016. Prior to these roles, Pham was a Principal Engineer II-Films at Avery Dennison from March 2011 to June 2023, focusing on the development and commercialization of extruded films for packaging applications. Pham also held the position of R&D Leader at The Dow Chemical Company from December 1988 to May 2011, where significant advancements in flexible packaging applications and environmentally friendly technologies were achieved. Pham's educational background includes a PhD in Polymer Science and a BSChE in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron. Additionally, Pham is certified as a DFSS Six Sigma Black Belt and a MAIC Six Sigma Green Belt Leader.
