Tony Summers is the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer for Socitm Advisory, a consulting organization within Socitm, the professional body for digital leaders in the public sector. Tony has held various Assignment Director roles overseeing reviews and developments of technology and systems for different councils and government bodies. Summers holds an MBA in Strategy and Performance Management from The Open University and additional certifications in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Prince 2.
