Lenille Migraso is a Principal Consultant for APAC at Socium - Teams Done Differently, overseeing the TaaS business across the Philippines, UK, and Middle East since December 2022. Previously, Lenille was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maya, focusing on technical recruitment for specialized teams in Data Science, Analytics, Information Security, and User Experience from December 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Cloud and Infrastructure and Applications Development at Robert Walters, and a Senior Research Associate at RGF Executive Search. Early career began as a Recruitment Assistant at SPAC Information Technology, Inc. Lenille holds a BS in Clinical Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2014.
