Nanna Bøgelund currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at SOCIUU, where responsibilities include leading the customer success team and developing strategies for client success and employee advocacy. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager and Employee Advocacy Specialist, as well as Junior Consultant at Grønbech ApS, specializing in marketing for small and medium-sized enterprises. Nanna also has experience in social media and influencer management from Rethink Copenhagen, and worked in a part-time role at Nykredit during studies. Educational qualifications include a Cand. Merc. in Business Economics and Corporate Communication from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a HA in Business Economics and Corporate Communication from the same institution, complemented by an HHX in International Studies from ZBC Næstved.
