Samantha Campbell

Samantha Campbell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and business operations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Success and Support Team at Sock Club since July 2023, Samantha leads a dynamic team focused on achieving client success through the establishment and monitoring of KPIs. Previously, at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from 2017 to 2023, Samantha held several key roles including Senior Manager of Business Operations and Services, where oversight of a 7-member team and collaboration with senior leadership led to enhanced client retention and organizational development. Earlier positions include managing larger teams at NBCUniversal, and negotiating national television schedules at Omnicom Media Group, further complemented by foundational roles in marketing and production coordination. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
