Wissam Riad

Wissam Riad serves as the MEA Regional Managing Director at Socomec Group since January 2011, overseeing the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and South Europe regions with full P&L responsibility. Responsibilities include developing regional strategies aligned with the group's objectives, managing turnover and margin goals, and leading a team of 80 employees across the region. Prior to this role, Wissam held various positions at Legrand and began a career at Schneider Electric, accumulating extensive experience in management and technical roles. Wissam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ain Shams University and an Executive Management degree from The American University in Cairo.
